Donating Items

You can donate by calling 774-243-3821 and leaving a voicemail, or emailing dch@cmhaonline.org. Please provide the following information in your message:

  • Name

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

  • Reason for call

  • If looking to donate, leave the pickup location and a list of items you wish to donate

All items are taken on an as-needed basis, and only if they are in very good, clean, reusable condition, as we do not have the ability to repair or clean items.

The DCH reserves the right to NOT accept torn, soiled, structurally damaged, or otherwise unusable items. Final decisions will be made at the time of pickup.

Your furniture donation and monetary contributions (excluding service fees, if applicable) are tax deductible. While a receipt listing the items donated will be provided at the time of pickup, it is up to you and your tax professional to determine the value of your donation.
